RescueITSM

RescueITSM is a computer support service available to Business-Class High-Speed Internet customers. We can help you with a variety of computer-related issues that include PC tune-ups, hardware and software installation, security and virus support, new computer set-up, networking, troubleshooting and repair. Services can be provided by phone or in your office.

McAfee

Streamline your security with our McAfee automated, all-in-one service that protects your systems continuously against emerging threats. It blocks viruses, spyware, hacker attacks, and identity thieves from your desktops and servers. Plus, you can surf and search safely with McAfee SiteAdvisor™. EVault

Remote Backup and Restore Powered by EVault provides simple, online backup and recovery for PCs and laptops at large or small businesses. Users have the option to encrypt the data stored on the storage vault using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard). Even if the encryption option is not selected, the data is still encrypted during transmission over the Internet to the electronic vault. Safe and off-site, the encrypted data is available online at all times for immediate, user-initiated recovery, working seamlessly in an organization’s existing infrastructure with no additional hardware required.

Data Lineguard

With Data LineGuard, CenturyLink maintains and repairs the inside wire and telephone jacks, and diagnoses whether the problem is caused by any customer owned equipment that is connected to the inside wire. Data LineGuard is a product which is similar to LineGuard, but is for use with data services such as ISDN or Business-Class High-Speed Internet service. "Inside wire" means the telephone wire within your home or office up to the point where it connects to the Network Interface Device (NID) or house protector on your home or office. The NID and/or house or office protector equipment and any wiring on your property leading up to the NID/protector is owned by CenturyLink.
